Annalee Hooper

Ms. Annalee Hooper, daughter of Richard and Lettie (McCoy) Dills, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 13, 2020. She is a member of Macedonia Baptist Church but had attended McConnell Memorial for many years. She retired from the U.S. Soil Conservation Department after forty-two years. After retiring she volunteered at Chatuge Nursing Home well into her 80's. She is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, James and Mozell Dills; several nieces and nephews; and a dear friend, Laverne Shook. She is preceded in death by her parents;  brothers, Louie Dills and Gordon Dills; and sister, Belvia Brockman. 
Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday, August 14, 2020 at Banister-Cooper Funeral Home between the hours of 3-7 pm.
A graveside service for family and close friends will be held at Osborn Cemetery at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 15. 

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to your favorite charity. 
Family has requested that everyone wear masks in accordance with CDC guidelines. 
Banister-Cooper Funeral Home is in charge of Ms. Annalee Hooper’s services.
