Annette Jewel Lognion, age 86, of Hiawassee, Georgia passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023. Annette was born in Athens, Georgia to the late James and Gladys (Seagraves) O'Kelley on February 4, 1937. She was everything a mother and grandmother should be, empathetic, patient, welcoming, caring, forgiving, long suffering, gentle and generous. She enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren visiting, their big hugs and stories. In her younger years she and her husband enjoyed music and dancing.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Leon Joseph Lognion; parents, James and Gladys O'Kelley; sons, Perry Lognion and Mark Lognion. She is survived in death by her daughter and son in law, Dixie and Brad Sorensen; son and daughter in law, Pierre and Shelia Lognion; Eight grandchildren; Many great-grandchildren.
