Dorothy Marie Pharr, age 88 of Young Harris, Georgia passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024. She was born June 17, 1936 to the late Oscar and Dorothy (Bond) Hipkins in Baltimore, Maryland.

She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Donna Fletcher, Douglas Pharr, Glenn Pharr; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Graveside: Friday, December 27, 2024 at Laurel Hills Cemetery at 2:00pm
