Frances Lee Floyd

Frances Lee Floyd, age 80 of Hiawassee, Georgia, passed away on February 16, 2021. She was born on September 15, 1940 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow and Ada (Parton) Hogsed in Hiawassee where she has resided her entire life. Frances was of the Baptist faith and the loving mother of five children. Frances bought and sold antiques at Deckers Flea Market for about 15 years and owned a cleaning service for 20 years.  She was an avid book and art collector, enjoyed hunting for interesting rocks and gems, and spending time with her family who she dearly loved.  She was a people person and genuinely cared about people. 
She is preceded in death by her above mentioned parents; daughter, Sandie Hamby; and brother Buddy Hogsed. 
Surviving are her daughters and son-in-law, Sherry Hodnett, DeDee and Marty Roberts; sons and daughters-in-law, Shannon and Pam Floyd, Joey and Jessica Floyd; brother, Sherrill Hogsed; grandchildren, Robert, Dylan, Kendall, Vanessa, Zane, Rhett, Adriana, Bentley, Cooper, Haven, and Chance; great granddaughter, Annaston; niece, Bethany; and nephews, Luke and Isaac.
Pallbearers: Robert Hodnett, Dylan Roberts, Kendall Floyd, Laurentino Flores, Bentley Floyd, Luke Hogsed.

Honorary Pallbearers: Cooper Floyd, Chance Floyd, Rhett Floyd, Zane Floyd.

Visitation: Saturday, February 20, 2021 11:00-1:00 at Banister-Cooper Funeral Home

Service: Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 1:00PM at Banister-Cooper Funeral Home 

Interment: Eagle Fork Church Cemetery
