Harold Wayne Foster, born to Fay (Jones) and Elmer Foster in Ontario, California, passed to the next life at age 84. Harold grew up working in his parentsâ grocery store. He owned a business in California, farmed in Texas, retired in his 70âs and moved to Georgia in 2008. Haroldâs joy was to sing, harmonize, play and listen to Southern Gospel and church music. He played the violin, guitar and led worship. He enjoyed church and lively conversations involving doctrines and ideas. He had a great sense of humor concerning life. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, sister Edith & son-in-law, Michael Chapman. He outlived two wives, Wanda Jean (1956) and Peggy (2001). Left behind to laugh, cry and remember are three daughters, Donna Chapman, Suzette
(and Jerry) Cox, Linda (and Nick) White, eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and former wife June. Near to his heart and special thanks to Michael and Linda Hitzing who loved and treated him as family.
