Heather Marie Burg

Heather Marie (Warne) Burg, age 40, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia. Heather was born on February 15, 1977 in Alliance, Ohio to Randy and Gail (Richards) Warne. Heather graduated from Towns County Comprehensive in 1995 and later worked at Chatuge Regional Hospital. Heather is proceeded in death by husbands, Kristen Douglas Ledford and Jason Burg. Heather is survived by son, Mason Ledford of Hiawassee, Georgia; step-daughters, Emily Burg and Megan Burg of Florida; step-son, J.J Burg of Florida; sister and brother-in-law, Amber (Warne) and Joseph Kass of Greenville, South Carolina and maternal grandmother, Nancy Mountz of Ohio. Heather enjoyed music, animals and DIY projects from Pinterest. Her wonderful sense of humor and infectious laugh will be deeply missed by all those that knew her.  
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Banister Funeral Home with Rev: William Sissum officiating. Family will receive friends after the service on Tuesday up until 9:00PM at Banister Funeral Home.
