James Ricky Bright

James Ricky Bright, age 71, of Hayesville, passed away Friday October 2, 2020. He was born January 27, 1949 to the late Jim Bright and Voila (Cowart) Bright. Ricky, as friends and family called him, loved spending time in the woods hunting or time on the creek fishing. If not at home he could be found throwing a line in the water with his son. 

 Mr. Bright was preceded in death by both above-mentioned parents, sisters: Connie Alexander, Sherly Bright, Kathy Bright, and Brenda Rogers, and an infant daughter Wendy.  Mr. Bright is survived by: one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Stephanie Bright, two granddaughters, Autumn and Madison Bright, all of Hayesville; Two brothers and sisters-in-law; Randal and Tina Bright of Turtle Town TN, and Joe and Judy Bright of Pikeville TN, three nephews, six nieces, and numerous extended family and friends

Visitation: Monday, October 5th, 2020  11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Graveside Service: Monday, October 5th, 2020 12:30 PM Lower Hightower Baptist Church Cemetery

Banister-Cooper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Bright.
