John Winford Goodwin III

John Winford Goodwin III, age 41 of Hiawassee, GA passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Chattanooga, TN at Erlanger  Medical Center. He was born to John “Junior” Goodwin and the late Cathy G Goodwin on June 6, 1973. He is survived by his son, Ethan Underwood of Habersham GA, sisters Jodi Goodwin, Johnna Goodwin-Penrod, Tiffany Hooper and Brooke Payne, all of Hiawassee GA. One niece; Kristen Goodwin and three nephews; Zyndel Payne, Christopher Payne and Brett Hooper and a host of loving family and friends.  Funeral service are to be held  at 2PM on September 7, 2014 in the chapel of Banister Funeral Home in Hiawassee, GA with Rev. Harold Ledford, Rev. Kenneth Pelcher and Rev. Bill Trotter officiating.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 6PM to 8PM at the funeral home. Banister Funeral Home of Hiawassee in charge of arrangements.
