Judith NULL Franklin

Mrs. Judith Franklin, age 58, of Young Harris, GA passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2010 following an extended illness. She was born to Belton and Onoree (Gibson) Roddy on May 30, 1952 in Hiawassee, GA. She is survived by her mother, Onoree, Roddy of Young Harris, GA; husband, Thomas Len Franklin, of Young Harris, GA; daughters, Marie Reece (Scott Davis) of Lyman, SC; Elizabeth Gilbert, of Hiawassee, GA; Rebecca Franklin Jason, of Hiawassee, GA; Amanda Slade (Scott), of Hayesville, NC; sons, Doug Franklin, of Hiawassee, GA; David (Amber) Franklin, of Hiawassee, GA; Rickey Riddle, of Hiawassee, GA; brothers, Lavone Roddy (Ann), of Blue Ridge, SC; Larry Roddy (Alisa), of Pickens, SC; Rickey Roddy, of Blue Ridge, SC; sisters, Carolyn Franklin (Alvin) of SC; Josie McKinney, of Hiawassee, GA; Frances Gibson, of Hiawassee, Ga; Peggy Waters (Eddie) of Blairsville, GA; sixteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial services were held on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Curt Ledford officiating from the chapel of Banister Funeral Home.
