Lola Mae Wilson

Mrs. Lola Mae Wilson, age 65, of Hiawassee, Georgia went home to be with her Lord, Sunday, April 3, 2022. Mae was born January 12, 1957 to the late Virgil and Arlyssa (Green) Wheeler.

Mae was a proud mother and grandmother. She touched many lives and was loved by many, she was a very loveable person; to know her was to love her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tommy Wilson; brother, Larry Wheeler; sisters, Sarah Gunn and Kathy Ross.

She leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law, Sonya and Chris Ingram; granddaughter, Madison Ingram; grandson, Elijah Ingram; brothers, Virgil Wheeler Jr. of Demorest, Georgia, David Wheeler of Demorest, Georgia, Mikey Wheeler of Hayesville, North Carolina; sisters, Carolynn Wilson of Buford, Georgia, Vicki Ledford of Murrayville, Georgia, Joan Rodgers of Braselton, Georgia, Linda Dyer of Habersham, Georgia, Rita Kinsey of Mt. Airy, Georgia; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews dear to her heart.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
