Marcia Ann Shook

Marcia Ann Shook, age 58, passed on Friday, November 15, 2024 after an extended illness. Marcia was born to William and Bessie (Underwood) Gibson on September 9, 1966 in Hiawassee, Georgia. Marcia was a member of Upper Bell Baptist Church. She loved listening to music, spending time with her grandchildren, shopping and having her hair and nails done. Marcia was well known for being a jokester in her family. Marcia is preceded in death by her husband, Derrick Shook; father, William Gibson; and brother, Farris Gibson. She leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law, Brittany and David Bradshaw; son and daughter-in-law , Brandon and Brittany Shook; sister and brother-in-law, Deborah and William Burrell; grandchildren, Ryleand Shook, Isabella Shook, Skyla Shook and Madelyn Shook. A number of extended family and friends also survive. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Banister-Cooper Funeral Home to help offset the cost of services.
