Mrs. Marjorie L. Foster, age 96 of Young Harris, GA passed away on Sunday, December 05, 2010 at her residence. She was born to the late E.L. and Arry Mae (Sanderson) Adams on May 30, 1914 in Young Harris, GA. She was a member of Sharp United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Paul Foster Jr. in 1997 and a daughter, Catherine Foster in 2002. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tom (Andrea) Foster of Conyers, GA; grandchildren, Tom Foster, Jr .and granddaughter-in-law Amanda Foster, Lisa Foster-Morrow and grandson-in-law Kirk Morrow, four great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, December 08, 2010 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Banister Funeral Home with Dr. John Kay officiating. Music was provided by Lisa Foster-Morrow. Pallbearers were: Bill Foster, Kirk Morrow, Robert Phillips, Tom Foster, Jr. and John Cochran. Interment was in Old Union Baptist Church cemetery. Banister Funeral Home of Hiawassee in charge of arrangements.
