Jason Woody

Michael Jason Woody, age 44 of Young Harris, Georgia passed away in the early hours of Friday, July 1, 2022 surrounded by family. Jason was born to Marvin and Cheryl (Seabolt) Woody on June 6, 1978 in Gainesville, Georgia. He was employed at Tractor Supply Company in Blairsville where he had an amazing work family whom he loved. He loved cars, especially Mustangs, and had a wealth of knowledge about all vehicles. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Jason was a beautiful soul who valued his relationships and strove to be the friend that all could count on in a time of need. He is preceded in passing by his Grandparents: Henry Clay and Kathleen Seabolt, Bill and Wanda Woody. He leaves behind his wife Misty Lancaster-Woody, parents, Marvin and Cheryl Woody (Seabolt); sons, Timothy Ryan Foster and Michael Gavin Foster; stepchildren Haley and Tristen Lancaster, sister, Alisa Marie Turner; grandchildren: Zane, Truett, Klover, Greyson, Nephew and Niece, Jared Wright and Brittany Wight, and aunts, uncles and cousins. A private memorial service will be announced at a later date.
