Micheal B Hooper

Mr. Micheal Bryan Hooper, age 56 of Hiawassee, GA passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2011 following a period of declining health. He was born to parents, Garland and Delzie (Burrell) Hooper on November 05, 1954 in Hiawassee, GA. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sharon Hooper, of Hiawassee, GA; Mother, Mrs. Delzie Hooper, of Hiawassee, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Tonya and Eric King, of Hiawassee, GA; Tosha and Brad Elliott, of Clayton, GA; brother, Ronnie Hooper, of Hiawassee, GA; seven grandchildren, Austin King, Alex King, Alexis King, Jordan Brown, Jentry Brown, Joselyn Elliott and Micheal Elliott; three nieces and two nephews also survive. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 2:00PM from the chapel of Banister Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Hedden and Rev. Jason Cantrell officiating. Music was provided by Bobby Taylor, Rev. Jason Cantrell and Jimmy and Johnny Hogsed. Pallbearers were: Darrell Ledford, Rodney Underwood, Eric King, Brad Elliott, Tommy Moore and Joel Walker. Honorary pallbearers were grandsons, Austin King, Alex King and Micheal Elliott. Interment was in Macedonia Baptist Church cemetery. Banister Funeral Home of Hiawassee in charge of arrangements.
