Suzanne W Parham

Mrs. Suzanne W. Parham, age 86 of Young Harris, GA passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 following a period of declining health. She was born to the late George and Sue (Moore) Wannamaker on November 24, 1921 in Calhoun County, SC. She is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, Mr. Wallace Parham, of Young Harris, GA; daughter, Mrs. Carol Chastain, of Hiawassee, GA; son, Mr. Allen Parham, of Raleigh, NC; brother, Mr. George Wannamaker, Jr. of Powder Springs, GA; three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one great, great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 11:00 AM from Hiawassee United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Blair officiating. Pallbearers were: James Mayfield, Robert Mayfield, Billy Chastain and Brandon Jones. Music was provided by Hope Horkavy. Interment was in Methodist cemetery in Hayesville, NC.
